How Can I Find An Investing Partner?

I’m 18, a sophomore in community college (started my senior year), have been unemployed since January, and have just $700 to my name. However, I’ve been watching videos and reading articles about real estate investing, and I discovered that partnering with others is an excellent way to get started. Since I have no experience and little money, how should I find deals, find partners to fund those deals, and are there alternative routes to real estate wealth? I want to enter the RE game very soon because during the 2008 crisis, many millionaires were made, and I don’t want to miss out during the worst one since the Great Depression.

@Bradley Post My opinion, but a great way to find someone to work with is to post a blog about yourself. Who you are, what it is that you're looking to get into, why you're looking to get into real estate etc. You don't need money or experience to find a great mentor. If making a million dollars is what you're after it may be difficult to find a partner based just on a monetary goal. I know for myself personally, I would want someone who can prove they are motivated and they are passionate about their goals and willing to learn.
