Closing cost in Florida

Hello everyone hope your all safe and healthy during these difficult times. I new to the real estate investment. I have one investment property and my primary which I'm planning to move in the next 2 years and rent it out. I live in South Florida, specifically in Tamarac. I'm currently in the process of refinancing my primary residence primary to remove the PMI and to do a cash out. This is my first time refinancing and I find that the closing cost is extremely high but been told that due to everything going on right now lenders are being more picky about giving loans and rates are high. Husband and I have very good credit and low debt. We were offered a 3.5% interest rate but with points. I find the origination charges high but I have gotten quotes from different loan originators and they are all roughly around the same price. I just was wondering if yoU guys think this is high or average for South Florida. Thank you in advance.

You have never added value to a single post on BP other than promoting your meetup. It's quite pathetic.
