Help - does this spreadsheet exist?

I am wondering If anyone has found or made their own spreadsheet to calculate how many properties they can obtain over time using personal savings and reinvesting cash flow. trying to see the big picture here. i tried to make my own but i have hit a few roadblocks. anything helps.

 Yes...I did.  As you can imagine, it's very involved, and it took quite a while to set it up just right...with a number of additional things beyond what you've mentioned here.
