Hello! Learning and motivated to start my investment portfolio. Looking to build some reputable and long term relationships here. Any advice on where I should start with low costs? I have some areas in mind where I’d like to look at property to invest in. Thank you!!

@Morgan Hagan when you say start with low cost I am assuming you are asking about low priced properties. Keep in mind these will have a higher number of repairs and typically lower quality renters. Not bad if you plan for it.

@Andrew Postell is a great lender to work with

@Joe Funari is an agent that also invests. He can provide great guidance also.

Paul Starnes with Investmark Mortgage is a solid Hard Money lender. I'm not sure if he is one BP.
