Hey BP Universe,

Im considering getting my Real Estate license in IL during the quarantine. What tips, advice, or thoughts do you have to being a licensed Real Estate Investor?

Hi @Peter Thirawankanok! I recently finished my licensing exam in Michigan. My reason for getting my license is to earn some extra income while also being more active in my real estate market. You do have to be careful when being an investor and a real estate agent. My biggest piece of advice would to always disclose that you are a licensed agent when discussing with potential buyers of properties you own, and potential sellers of properties you would like to buy. Best of luck!
