Hey All. Relatively new to BP and to real estate investing. I'm looking to buy my first property in the next 3 months and while I'm based in the Bay, I'm looking at Philly to start for a few reasons. Anyone open to chatting about their recent experience in this market? I'd be super grateful!

@Kyle Altenau I completely agree with you. I am an Investment real estate agent here in Philly and it is extremely important to consider neighborhood boundaries. You would not be able to find anything in Fishtown and East Kenzo currently for less than $150K unless it was an absolute shell. @Ekow Essel Congratulations on moving towards your first investment! Very exciting stuff. Are you looking for a flip or rental for your first project?
