Bigger Pockets Vs Local REIA
I just signed up for a 3 hour workshop for multifamily at my local REIA on long island. It costs $65 and I see they have a yearly membership of $200. Im just curious what Bigger Pockets can offer which your local REIA can't. I'm really thinking about going PRO on here so I was curious should I cancel the workshop? Should I join the membership for $200/year or just stick to becoming PRO on Bigger Pockets?
Thanks
