How early is too early to start planning our systems?

I haven’t closed on a deal yet, but I’d like to start taking action developing systems for my future business. Is this too early? If so, when should I start?

In my opinion, it's never too early to map out what your systems might look like. Before I started my business, I listened to the podcast, read a bunch of books and asked as many questions as I could. All of this was so I could learn from other people's successes and mistakes. All of that front end work was done before ever even signing my first purchase agreement.

With all of that said. It's VERY IMPORTANT to note that once you develop a system. It should never remain static; always look for ways to improve. This will allow your business to run like a well-oiled machine. All in all, your systems should allow you to work on your business and not in it.
