Any attorney in Boston area would assist in creating a fund?

We’ve worked with a lot of attorneys over the years and there is only 1 that I recommend and use myself. I’d recommend giving Doug Mercurio in North Reading a call. He’s a real estate attorney that gets what it is we’re working to build as real estate investors. Plus he owns an insurance agency so he really understands how to protect clients from both a legal and liability standpoint.

Goodluck!
