I am a newbie in Hampton Roads looking to writing my first deal and im trying to estimate my scope of work and I was wondering if anyone has any pointers or recommendations to remedy asbestos siding whether to repaint it or remove siding completely and add vinyl siding. Hi @Ernest Grindle Merry Christmas if its celebrated. Starting out I would love to fix and flip SFH then buy and hold whether its multifamily, apartments etc. I would love to be apart of some of these greats and hopefully find investors in my area.

Hello everyone, my name is Dwight and I'm currently residing in the Hampton Virginia Area. I'm looking to get connected and get started in real estate investing. Currently, I'm in the automotive industry and after a couple of years I realized that I rather put the time and effort into something that will give me the financial freedom where I can spend more time with my wife and daughter.
