Hi guys! I’m trying to learn as much as I can here and I am learning quite a lot. Looking forward to networking more and increasing my value and reputation amongst you all. As a beginner I think I’ve inundated myself with so many routes to begin researching wholesaling, tax deeds, FSBOs, and other deals to try and find the best deal, and I’m still where I started. Any recommendations on taking the leap into investing? I’m very much interested in a duplex or something of that nature here on the gulf coast of Florida.
