I was offered to hold an open house for a million dollar home. My reason for this post is I accepted and would like to know if anyone has tips they’ll share on marketing to millionaires. I’m planning for an upscale open house and want to market it to the audience looking to purchase in this market. It’s in Florida and docks out to the river.

Hi guys! I’m trying to learn as much as I can here and I am learning quite a lot. Looking forward to networking more and increasing my value and reputation amongst you all. As a beginner I think I’ve inundated myself with so many routes to begin researching wholesaling, tax deeds, FSBOs, and other deals to try and find the best deal, and I’m still where I started. Any recommendations on taking the leap into investing? I’m very much interested in a duplex or something of that nature here on the gulf coast of Florida.

Hey ladies and gentlemen! Any of you familiar with the HUD property sales in FL? I've been reading up on this all morning and still don't have a full understanding of how it works. To bid on the homes you must be a HUD certified Broker. But can you tell me are you bidding to get the listing? Or has anyone done a deal and can give me knowledge of the full process?

@Ryan Garrison Thanks Ryan. I wouldn’t be looking into exclusive property management. But it’s strange to hear it’s not available. Property Management is a huge market in Florida.

@Kobe Xin thank you! Great information. Yes I’ve been considering exp. Only sources of depth in information I could find are YouTube videos from agents. I haven’t met any local agents or brokers that are affiliated. What interested me with them was definitely the time and availability of customer service.

I’m preparing for the FL state real estate exam. This will be a slow transition for me as I’m a full time property manager for a multi family apartment community. My goal the first six months is rebranding and becoming an expert in my market area. I’m well seasoned in the real estate industry so although I would like training, I’m more interested in a brokerage with flexibility that won’t cost me more than my time can afford. Any suggestions here?

@Arlan Potter thank you. This makes sense. I’d like to be the one with the silver platter for sure.
