When to get Pre-Approved? Pre/Post LLC?

Hi Everyone,

Currently working with my brother (Just the 2 of us) on starting up an LLC for Rental Property investments and I wanted to know anyone's thoughts on whether we should be getting pre-approved prior to starting up the LLC or after we have filed for it, as well as if their are any pros and cons to this? Thanks in advance! Much appreciated!

It doesnt matter because the bank is approving you not the LLC. You will have to personally sign for the mortgage. The LLC won't be the entity signing.
