Hi, 

I'm new to real estate investing. I am currently working in the medical field as a Physician Assistant but want to begin a side business in real estate investing. I'm hoping to connect with others in Northern Utah who are investing on the side. Any tips or pearls of wisdom about how to start out would be appreciated. I'm interested in the BRRRR method, but I am open to discussing all options
