Hello All,

I am a new investor that established a bank account with a local bank that lacks mobile deposit capabilities. What is a good rent collection platform that you suggest so that tenants can pay electronically similar to a Chase Quickpay and deposit to my account?

Thank you in advance

@Mark A. Kenny initially I am focused on south Chicagoland area (the market i know amd understand) to start and would factor in the costs of a property manager. I am self managing my current property.

Hello All,

I am a new investor and currently own a 2 bed, 1 bath condo that has a good return on investment. I have an opportunity to move forward with a cash out refinance on my primary residence (good amount of equity) to help jump start my expansion of properties. I am looking at multi family (2-3 flats). Do you see this as a good avenue to start and what are some things I should look out for that I may not know right away?
