Collecting Rent (Low or no fee)

Hi All,

Finally did it, have my first tenant in my first rental property. As far as collecting rent, other than check through snail mail. What electronic methods are people using nowadays? I am interested in low to no fee payment methods, and a plus would be a method that can send invoices as well. Thanks in advance for any help offered.
