What is the best resource to look for multifamily 4 units or more, on the internet?

Craigslist

Keep in mind that up to 4 units is considered residential, where 5 plus is commercial. However when searching online there's always overlap, so you maybe able to find smaller commercial MFH on residential mls sites as well. In addition to searching online, I"d encourage you to start networking extensively with the local investors, and professionals that operate in the field, such as property managers, attorneys, contractors and etc. You never know who may hear of a property for sale...
