I bought a double for 140K in 2010 with an FHA loan. The rents were $550 and $725. 1 year later I moved out and had rents at $1500 per apartment for $3000 total, taxes were $1200. It was my first RE purchase and by far my best one. I have been addicted and searching for a better deal ever since.
