Organizing Your Flip Leads

Hi everyone! As you know, there are a multitude of sites, wholesalers, realtors that can provide you with potential leads. What tips/tricks do you use to organize the leads you've seen into a more manageable format so that you can save time? Im wondering if there might be a better method than tracking potential through excel sheets. Right now all I can think of is usual info - address, asking price, arv, bed/bath/sqft/year, etc.

Thoughts or advice? Im still working through my method of finding leads in a way that maximizes my effort. Thanks!
