Second rental home in Harrisburg

We just signed a purchase agreement for our second turnkey rental home in Harrisburg PA yesterday. Cute as a button and cash flowing. The house across the street sold in 3 days for 38k more than our purchase. Rehab only has a few more weeks - total redo. Purchase $144900.
