Happy Monday BP. I am currently writing a Multi-Family book on investing. I always like to hear from everyone. If you are just starting out. What would you want in a Multi-Family book? Looking forward to hearing your responses.

Hi @Chris Salerno!  Great idea here!  I would want to hear a lot about the "why" and then a lot more about the "how", specifically "How could I, with normal income and no experience in MF investing, actively invest in MF?  And should I, or should I take passive routes in MF?"
