Things Investors Hate

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what are some everyday tasks investors do that they wish they could delegate to someone else (I.e. an assistant). I wanted to find some areas of real estate that investors don’t typically like to handle that I could get good at. I was think some possibilities could be underwriting, reaching out to property owners, building systems, etc. what’s y’all’s opinions?

Thanks!

Josh O.
