Hello guys, my name is Kevondre Wesley I’m 20 years old and I want to become an investor. I am currently working two jobs in order to get enough money for a down payment on a property, and also I am new to the entire real estate scene. I’ve been doing non stop research and reading for about 3 months now and I currently reside in San Antonio, Texas . I’m not sure on what I should be looking for as far as properties go but I do know that I want to aim for rental properties. Any advice or tips to start will be highly appreciated, thank you and I hope everyone has a great day.

@Kevondre Wesley welcome to bigger pockets! I'm also from San Antonio learning a lot. I'll be getting my RE license soon and want to double dip into both sales and investing. I suggest going to a RE meetup! @Rick Pozos has one that I really enjoyed. Whichever works best for your schedule. That's a great start.
