Did you have similar blockers before you started?

Below is my list of mental roadblocks. Did you have any similar concerns? Can you prove me wrong?

  1. 1) I need a system like Homevestors and $100k plus in cash to be successful
  2. 2) I cannot make money flipping without being handy
  3. 3) I cannot wholesale without a real estate license
  4. 4) I cannot wholesale or flip and keep my day job
  5. 5) I need to net over $300k per year in order for me to quit my day job
  6. 6 Playing the stock market is a safer long term bet
  7. 7) Jumping in now when a recession is imminent would wipe me out
