Hi @Jack H. did you ever find anyone who has been part of Mindset Academy or did you end up taking the plunge and trying it yourself?

I tried it for a couple months. It was good content but very unorganized for a self paced format.

Thanks for letting me know.  Would you be able to go into more detail as to why it was unorganized?

Their documents were not organized and labeled logically so if I wanted to find a topic, i had to go through file by file. The videos were just downloaded files without edits. So the first 10-15 minutes seemed like you were just watching one of the coaches get set up. There was a lot of wasted time.they also sent out some "getting started" steps that seemed to be off the mark. For example, one step was to call a sales consultant for live coaching packages. When I spoke to the salesperson he didnt know i was in the self paced program. I was hoping it would be more of a step by step walk thru that a live coach would do but without the live interaction. But instead it was just a dump of the weekly content. It would not be surprised if he started fixing some of this stuff but he's was not as polished as I had hoped and I didn't want to pay to wait for him to fix it. That being said, I am planning on trying the live coaching because I like his approach and think that would benefit me more.

I am interested in Jason Drees's Mindset Academy and was curious if anyone has tried it. Tell me the good, the bad and the ugly! Also, if you have a

referral code send it my way!

I had a very similar issue with Reedy and Co. Try @Davartay Miller at REI Nation or @Caleb Parr at Renshaw

@John Britt yes but I do not know how that would work in wholesale deals. Have you done that before?

I am looking to buy wholesale properties in Memphis. I have seen several deals come through but, since I live out of the area, it is difficult for me to assess the deals without seeing the property.  Are there any services out there that could walk the property for me and give me an idea of the condition?

@Kade Matthews i am nit even there yet! I am just starting to think about this. I want another 40 doors but am trying to figure out my approach. For example should I take it one by one or go with a portfolio / line of credit type approach. Really just looking for thoughts on commercial lending and what to do or not to do.
