You may look like a Goofball, but 4 years ago around this time, I saw your  "How to get your first million" in real estate.

Those where the 15 minutes my life changed.

I raise my glass of grape juice to you!

Thank you because if it wasn't for you... I would have done it an other way I am sure.. but I can't change the past no matter how Godlike my mutant powers are.

So cheers to you.. the fact is, that you have spiraled my lifeline into where I am right now.
