Hi Jason, I am an investor wannabe here in SLC. Meaning I haven't yet bought my first investment property but I am looking. There is an REIA meetup Thursday at Club 90 in Sandy. There is a post about it in the Real Estate Events and Happenings Forum titled Utah Investor Meetup is Thursday! Nice to meet you and hope to see you there!
