Benefits of partnerships?

Andrew Froome
Posted

Hello everyone! I am new to real estate investing and I also have a friend who has been studying real estate investing and wants to get started. My question to you all is- what are the benefits of investing with a partner assuming that everything is split down the middle? Does it allow you to scale more quickly? Or does it equal out the same in the long run? Thank you for your time and expertise!

Partnerships should be mutually beneficial and help each partner go further. Each partner should leverage their specific strengths to get more things done! You might want to split responsibilities between acquisitions and operations, for example. Maybe one of you likes sales and the other likes project management. A good partnership will help you both get further in the long run!
