Hello everyone! I am new to real estate investing and I also have a friend who has been studying real estate investing and wants to get started. My question to you all is- what are the benefits of investing with a partner assuming that everything is split down the middle? Does it allow you to scale more quickly? Or does it equal out the same in the long run? Thank you for your time and expertise!
