Hello, I am interested in helping out an investor in the Los Angeles and Orange County area with rehab work. I am willing to work for free to learn. My experience is minimal, besides a few DIY projects around the house. I am taking my real estate salesperson courses.

@Rezhe Connelly if you have little experience with rehab work what do you plan to do?  Not to be negative but speed of completion is a major factor in our area given the holding costs which is why the pro GCs offer lower prices, high quality, and speed.
