Does a real estate agent have to buy their Supra ibox lockboxes from the local association? If so, do they have to be an association member? If not, will a Supra lock box purchased separately work for the other agents that are members of the local association?

Thanks

Thank You, I've read many articles on how to find a good brokerage for newly licensed agents but I'd appreciate some additional advice directly from a professional  if you have any to offer.

Thanks again for your reply

Hello, I will be taking my FL real estate agent exam soon, just thinking ahead, I would like to get some opinions on the pros and cons of joining a virtual brokerage, also, some opinions on the best way to handle the question " how many houses have you sold"? How much experience do you have? etc. I would definitely answer honestly but I'm not sure how to phrase my answer in a way to make them feel comfortable using me as their agent.

Thanks for your thoughts

Thanks for the info, and I would think a prospective seller would likely hesitate to use a listing agent that is unable to list their house on the MLS.

I read that some virtual brokerages will allow you to join them without being a Realtor and list properties on MLS through them. I would appreciate your thoughts on that possibility.

Thanks again

In Florida, can a newly licensed RE agent (not a Realtor and not yet working for a broker) join MLS independently or do they have to join a local board or the NAR first?

Thank You
