Best way to know the local real estate market.

Hi,

For someone who is starting out, what would be the best way to know the local real estate market, which neighborhoods are appreciating or going bad? Are there any journal, newsletter that RE investors subscribe to in order to stay informed with their current RE market?

Thank you,

Sam

Analyze it.

Analyze the 4sale market for the opportunities for "entrance".

Analyze the Sold" market for potential profit based on the entrance.

Analyze the rental market for potential profit, based on the monthly expenses and the entrance cost.
