What is the best route for real estate investing when in military

Shanice Levins
Posted

Currently stationed overseas for 3 yrs possibly 4 and as a spouse I’d like to get into real estate but I’m not sure what the best route is or how to do that while constantly on the move. We have a home we purchased that we’re leasing out back in the states but want to expand. Looking for advise to get started..

@Shanice Levins

I had a staff Sergeant back in the day who bought a house in every new duty station(except overseas). He rented out each house to people who were stationed there. If there was any problems he would call the tenant’s command.

If your looking at how to invest while overseas. Check out the book “long distance real estate investing.” They sell it on this site
