Business Credit for Real Estate investing, how to
So, you've formed a new LLC, gotten a new EIN number...now what? Can you now, at this point (even though you haven't yet sold anything in your business) apply for and receive substantial amounts business credit for the purpose of real estate investing ?

@Marlon Brown No. You will still probably have to qualify for mortgage financing as an individual based on your individual credit capability.
