I have to invest out of state (am leaving Seattle area soon anyway) - Any recommendations on cities / States ? I need help on where to begin my research and/or invest?  - Any good Turnkey provider recommendations as well as I start out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,

Rob

    @Robert Duffer

    I’d recommend my area of Binghamton, NY not just because I happen to live there, but have helped and seen investors buy properties that are inexpensive and profitable. I’d love to chat with you further on about it.
