I’m a realtor, and I have a pretty simple work around for this. A simple FaceTime call during a showing can add a personalized touch that a video uploaded by the listing agent can’t. PM me if you’d like to chat more about this!

I’m a Real Estate Agent from Upstate NY, Binghamton to be more exact. There are tons of people who live in NYC / downstate or even New Jersey area who invest here because it’s so inexpensive, profitable and you can get here in a few hours drive if need be. I have a few clients that live in those areas currently. If you’d like to consider that as an option as well, I’d be happy to talk with you further.
