WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?! HELP!
Here is the "deal"...
Property is rented right now.
Seller wants to break even.
1,162 mortgage which includes PMI, insurance
Etc.
1,000 is the rent
Seller upside down. He owes 21k more than what the property is worth..
30yr mortgage
He owes a bank institution
No liens
4bed 3 bath
No repairs needed
Seller doesnt know how much the property is worth. I calculated its worth 170k it might be worth 200k, id appreciate if someone takes the time to take a look at my comparables.
