Seeking private funding-At what cost?
I am about to complete my 3rd fix and flip in Chicago. I have funded each deal with credit cards, seller financing, and hard money, respectively. Due to the high interest associated with each avenue of funding I just mentioned, I'd like to use private lenders for my next deals using the BRRRR strategy. I have lost money on each deal, however, and I wonder if that would be off putting to private lenders. Obviously, there is a steep learning curve to real estate investing and some losses are to be expected starting out, but will this affect me from attracting private lenders in the future?
