Whats up guys, I want to set up my cold calling side of the business and would like to get some insight on the operation. I'd like to see where you guys have got your lists from,  Who have you used for skip tracing and have had success with? What is the avg price per lead? Any info is much appreciated. Go BiggerPockets!
