Im getting an absentee owners list from listsource but my question is, do you get the addresses where the homeowner lives ans the addresses of the vacant property?

@Account Closed ListSource isn't very friendly unless you know exactly what you want and what you want is a list they offer.

You are probably looking at absentee owners since that's what all the other investors are getting from them. In which case, yes, you will be getting both the owner's mailing address and the property address.

However, just because the owner doesn't live in that property, it doesn't mean that it is vacant. For example, it could be rented or used as a second home.

A mailing list broker can help make suggestions for some newer motivated seller lists where you won't be competing with multiple investors mailing offers to all the same people.
