Looking to help local/out of state

I hope this is the right spot for this. 

So recently my life and career have changed to the point where I have some unused free time throughout the week. I'm looking to offer my time to help local investors, or out of state ones. I'm willing to look at properties, give input(though limited it may be) and even general help on your properties. I'm an engineer by trade, and am very good with my hands, but I'm looking to make a jump into a full time REI so I can live my life the way I want. I've lived in Cincinnati my whole life, and am very familiar with the good majority of the city and its suburbs. I am just looking for a situation to learn in and potentially grow.
