Construction/Project Manager or Property Manager ?

James Farrel

Hello BP,

Need Help!!!

I am stuck with either pursing Construction/Project Manager or Property Manager as a stable income career for years to come. I am currently 20 years old and have been fortunate enough to come across a mentor that will be paying for my education, Because I had showed him my value through working countless hours for his business and working hard with quality. Any advice or opinions would be of help!!

Thank you,

James Farrell

What do you want advice on both are valid options they just need different skill sets.  I'd probably go with project manager as that is a more transferable skill if you decide real estate isn't for you.
