I have decided that i want to be a property manager, but. where should i start ?!?

I am currently acquiring my real estate license, then what’s next ? Can i apply to become an assistant property manager? or do i have acquire other certifications. Thank you.

I am stuck with either pursing Construction/Project Manager or Property Manager as a stable income career for years to come. I am currently 20 years old and have been fortunate enough to come across a mentor that will be paying for my education, Because I had showed him my value through working countless hours for his business and working hard with quality.
