Where do people put their emergency funds?

Where does everyone keep their reserve funds? Currently I have been using Personal Capital Cash, which started at 2.35% APR, and is now at 2.05% and carries no restrictions. Does anyone have a better option? I've seen several places that offer something like 5% on the first 10k, but there are always additional things you must do in order to get that higher % rate, such as having a certain amount of direct deposit into the account every month, or spending a certain amount on their debit card each month.

Any decent accounts out there without all of the extra requirements?

Hello Bob. 2 to 2.5% without restrictions is probably going to be some of the best out there. Like you said, you can get higher but then you have rules. 2% should allow you to keep up with inflation at the very least.
