Are there books on Real estate investing terms and definitions?

Hey everyone,

Hopefully I'm in the right forum. So I'm really looking forward to investing in real estate. But there are so many terms in which I don't even know their definition of. Are there any books with these terms and definitions, maybe even ways to calculate others terms like 'cap rate', '1% rule' etc. Please, if any one can recommend some good books, I would really appreciate it... Thanks in advance.
