Need Attorney review of Contract (State of Maryland)

I am a wholesaler in MD and I am trying to get my Real Estate business started. I recently got an assignment of contract from an attorney that I paid for. I was wondering if someone would be able to take a look at it for any errors or things that should be added on?

I just a second opinion in determining if this contract is good to go for my real estate business.

I personally feel that this contract may need to be revised a little. Also I am not sure about a couple of things on this contact such as where it says seller.

If an attorney is available and would like to help I am willing to pay a small fee for an attorney to review. However, I do not have much capital.
