House Hacking: Creating a Vacancy
Hello BP!
I am new here and to real estate investing. My plan to get started is house-hacking with an FHA loan. However, there is one aspect of the concept I am unsure about. How exactly do you create that vacancy to move yourself in if you are buying a property that is already full? Do you wait? Do you buy one with a vacancy? Maybe I am missing something here, but am unable to find the answer here on the forum.
Thank you in advance!
