Apps for estimating rehab

Does anyone have anything specific apps they use to estimate rehab material cost?  I plan on fixing the house up myself so I dont need the contractor labor portion.  Thanks for any tips!

@Cade Andersen  If you are going to do it yourself, make a list and go to a building supply store to price it out.  Otherwise, pay a contractor to give you a quote on materials, keeping in mind they often get a discount on supplies.
