Sending a mailer for a 24-unit property

I have a potential lead on a 24-unit apartment complex, and I want to send a letter to the out-of-state owners, but I’m not sure what to say in my letter. This is my first foray into larger multifamily, and I’m feeling a little out of my comfort zone here. Any suggestions?

@Erin Auman Yeah keep the first touch short and sweet. If you don't hear back follow up with a letter that provide a bit more info on what you can do for them. Keep following up until you hear from them. I would keep searching for a phone number if possible because a phone call is the most direct way to get your answers.
