I started a discussion based on 3 things Money, Hustle, or Knowledge and in theory all you need is 2 out of the 3. After the discussion (which still be ongoing) I have got a few answers and results  which can be debated till sun up. I wanted to start a new discussion. I have read in J.Scotts book House Flipping (great read by the way) that when looking for a contractor there will be 3 things to look for Better, Faster, Cheaper pick 2 out f the 3 and go from there. I have also heard David Green mention this as well. haven't done a deal yet but I will be using this good sound advice. The 2 I pick will Better and Faster. IMO when you decide to go cheap that's when things start to go wrong but hey that's just my 2 cents
